Joe Meissner is one of the world's foremost authorities on executive career management. In 1993, he created Executive PR^®the first Executive Agent firm representing superstar executives.

Mr. Meissner is well known in the executive and investment communities. He has been an officer and director of several associations including President of the San Francisco Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), an international association of senior executives, investment bankers, venture capitalists and leveraged buyout groups. He served on national boards of ACG and The International Association of Corporate & Professional Recruiters and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and The Churchill Club of Silicon Valley.

Mr. Meissner has been frequently quoted and profiled in national and international publications.. He has authored numerous articles and appeared on broadcast news and talk programs.

Mr. Meissner was awarded BBA and MBA degrees from the University of North Texas and completed all but the dissertation for a Doctorate of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

Before founding Executive PR^® and the executive agent concept, Joe Meissner created and grew Power Marketing, a San Francisco-based career management firm, combining career management and brand marketing. In the 1970s, Meissner was Assistant Professor and Lecturer of Marketing for Troy State University, The University of Maryland-Europe and Texas Tech University. Prior to academic and consulting careers, he was a professional jazz musician and worked in industrial distribution and real estate management.
